She presides at all chapter and executive council meetings. The chapter president appoints all appointed officers and supervises the work of all officers, appointed and elected. The president also serves as the liaison between the chapter and community. The President serves as a chairwoman of the executive board.
Stephanie Rodriguez View Bio	Administrative Vice President srodrig1@uci.edu The Administrative Vice President directly assists the chapter president. She serves as president in case of the temporary absence or disability of the chapter president. The Administrative Vice President assists the president in her duties as necessary and acts as the chapter's liason with International Gamma Phi Beta. She also holds a profound knowledge of International Gamma Phi Beta's provincial and organizational structure, policies, procedures and resources. The Administrative Vice President serves as a member of the executive board.
Kathleen Xu View Bio	Financial Vice President yxu1@uci.edu The Financial Vice President is responsible for financial matter of the chapter. She reports and delegates over business transactions while monitoring the chapter budget at the same time. She is responsible for paying chapter bills and preparing a monthly financial statement for the chapter. The Financial Vice President serves as a member of the executive board.
Kristin Mendoza View Bio	Membership Vice President mendozak@uci.edu The Membership Vice President is responsible for planning and coordinating formal and informal recruitment. She plans and conducts recruitment retreats, and recruitment workshops. The Membership Vice President serves as a member of the exeuctive board.
Jennifer Bui View Bio	Public Relations Vice President jennifb@uci.edu The Public Relations Vice President is responsible for the planning and coordination of all chapter public relations activities. She also plans and corrdinates publicity and submits a written PR plan containing goals and objectives. The Public Relations Vice President serves as a member of the executive board.

Lisa Recio View Bio	Panhellenic Affairs Vice President lrecio@uci.edu The Panhellenic Affairs Vice President represents Gamma Phi Beta on the chapter level at College Panhellenic meetings, workshops and regional conferences. She acts as a liaison between the chapter and Panhellenic matters. The Panhellenic Officer serves as a member of the executive board.
Melanie Tang View Bio	Recording Secretary melaniet@uci.edu The Recording Secretary attends and records the proceedings of all chapter and executive council meetings. She reads the minutes of the previous meeting to the chapter or executive council and maintains an accurate attendance record. She serves as a member of the administrative department.

Kelsea Wallace View Bio	PACE Chairwoman kelseakingdon@yahoo.com The PACE Chairwoman coordinates the planning and implementation of Personal And Chapter Enrichment programs. PACE programs are used to educate sisters through guest speakers and presentations. The PACE chairwoman serves as a member of the member education department.
Amanda Davis View Bio	Philanthropy Chairwoman davisac@uci.edu The Philanthropy Chairwoman coordinates and plans philanthropic events for the chapter. The Philanthropy Chairwoman serves as a member of the public relations department.

She maintains the appropriate atmosphere during all services. The Ritual Chairwoman serves as a member of the membership education department.

The New Member Educator helps assist new members to the sisterhood as they begin to grow in the sorority. She coordinates the big-little sister program and keeps the chapter informed of all aspects of the new member education program. The new member educator serves as a member of the membership education committee.

She prepares and mails newsletters to parents of the ladies of the sorority and serves as the chapter's liason with alumnae groups and parents.
